Edmund R. Abel is Director-in-Charge of Healthcare
Services for Healthcare Consulting Services, LLC (HCS). Included in his 27 years
of exclusive service to the healthcare industry are three years as the
Director of Finance at Methodist Hospital (Indianapolis), which is the
largest hospital in Indiana.
Mr. Abel serves on several boards and committees at the
state and federal level, staying abreast of current developments impacting
healthcare providers. He is also a Board and Finance Committee member of a
substance abuse hospital, giving him additional perspective on the
operation of a hospital. Mr. Abel's strongest skills include
communication and responsiveness to our healthcare clientele.

Sally L. Cleveland is a Director with HCS. Before joining HCS, she was with the
Medicare fiscal intermediary and another healthcare oriented CPA firm. Her
focus is primarily in the reimbursement area with a concentration in TEFRA
exception requests, provider appeals and the cost accounting area. Ms.
Cleveland is also responsible for the development of HCS' healthcare
costing products.
Ms. Cleveland is very active in the Healthcare Financial
Management Association, has served on its Indiana Board of Directors and
is co-chairperson of the Managed Care Committee. She is on the Finance
Committee of a federally qualified health center and is treasurer of the
Executive Women in Healthcare.

William A. Rees is a Director with HCS, and is responsible for
performing detailed consulting work for various for-profit and
not-for-profit entities. Additional responsibilities include primary
client contact and planning, performance and review of hospital cost
reports, operations, SNF and HHA reimbursements and coding data.
Prior to HCS, Mr. Rees was with St. Joseph Hospital and
Healthcare Center in Kokomo, Indiana as its Manager of Cost Accounting and
Reimbursement. He also spent over five years with the Indiana fiscal
intermediary auditing Medicare/Medicaid cost reports.

Kameron H. McQuay is the Director of HCS' Physician Specialty Service Group and is
responsible for coordinating all services to physicians and their group
practices.
Mr. McQuay has more than 20 years experience in consulting
in the healthcare arena. For the past ten years, he has worked exclusively
with physicians and their practices. Mr. McQuay has consulted on all
aspects of healthcare management including revenue enhancement, analysis
of practice procedures, start-up of new practices, accounts receivable
management, managed care contracting and healthcare networks as well as
providing general financial and tax support.

C. Michael Stigler is a Director with HCS. Mr. Stigler has over 19 years of
experience providing services to hospital clients. This experience
includes five years of experience auditing Medicare and Medicaid cost
reports for a fiscal intermediary. Mr. Stigler's primary responsibilities
include responding to client needs for information and informing clients
of opportunities and concerns regarding their operations. Mr. Stigler's
experience includes responsibility for developing cost and staffing
controls, assisting in development of budget and reimbursement models,
implementation of Rural Health Clinics and filing Home Health Exception
requests.

Bradley A. Shaw is Director of HCS'
Columbus, Ohio office . His
experience includes over 15 years serving HCS healthcare clients and
two years managing the healthcare audit practice of a Big Six firm in
Chicago. Mr. Shaw is responsible for directing HCS' financial reporting
practice.
Mr. Shaw is on the Board of Directors of Tri-County
Center, Inc., Southlake Center for Mental Health, Inc., and the Indiana
Council of Community Mental Health Centers, Inc. Mr. Shaw is also an
active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Jeffery T. Neff is a Director with (HCS), and has vast experience working with healthcare entities in revenue cycle management. Jeff is responsible for directing and performing detailed work associated with the development of common chargemasters (CDMs) for hospital systems, CDM coding analyses, and billing documentation examinations. Mr. Neff has extensive experience conducting compliance reviews when required by FI (fiscal intermediary) or Federal agencies, as well as development of efficient hospital revenue cycle infrastructures.
Prior to HCS Mr. Neff was with Indiana University Hospital, Respiratory Care for seven years, focusing in critical care and department management. He also spent four years in the United States Air Force specializing in Radiology Technology. Jeff earned an Associates Degree in Respiratory Care and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis.

Dale B. Skaggs, Jr., is a Director with HCS.
He has 15 years of
Healthcare accounting and consulting experience. Mr. Skaggs specializes in
hospital reimbursement with added focus in cost report support, APC
implementation, and Medicare and Medicaid appeals.
Mr. Skaggs is an honor's graduate of Ball State
University and is a member of national, state and local healthcare
organizations, including the Healthcare Financial Management Association,
the Kentucky Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association,
the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Kentucky Society of
Certified Public Accountants.

Trudy H. Struck is a Senior Manager
with HCS and has 16 years of experience
in all aspects of healthcare accounts receivable. She has been employed by
four hospitals throughout Indiana and has worked as an emergency room
registrar as well as Director of Patient Accounts.
In addition to working as a billing and receivables
specialist, Ms. Struck is actively involved with HFMA (Healthcare
Financial Management Association) and has served on healthcare related
task forces. Her dedication to her career is proven by her enthusiasm and
commitment to staying abreast of changes that effect receivable
reimbursement.

Scott M. Treida, MT, is a Senior Manager with HCS, and has vast experience working with healthcare entities in revenue cycle management.
Scott is responsible for directing and performing detailed work associated with the development of common chargemasters for hospital systems, supply revenue bundling analyses, and charge capture documentation reviews. Mr. Treida also has extensive experience conducting compliance reviews when required by FI (fiscal intermediary) or Federal agencies, as well as development of efficient hospital revenue cycle infrastructures.
Prior to HCS, Mr. Treida was with Indiana University Hospital. He has a background in a variety of clinical areas, most predominately as a Registered Medical Technologist.

Lucia D. Gerber, is a Manager with HCS. Ms. Gerber brings over 20 years of reimbursement experience. This experience includes three years auditing Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for an Intermediary and nine years experience as reimbursement manager for a 900+ bed hospital system. Ms. Gerber specializes in hospital reimbursement and is responsible for healthcare engagements. Specialized services include Medicare/Medicaid cost report preparation, Medicare Audit Adjustment Review, Medicare Bad Debt education, Disproportionate Share enhancement, Wage Index Reviews and Occupational Mix assistance.
Ms. Gerber is a graduate of Bellarmine University and is a member of national, state and local healthcare organizations, including: the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American Health Lawyers Association and the Greater Louisville Health Enterprise Network. Additionally, she is involved in the community serving as a member of a number of advisory boards and committees.

Tina M. Severs is a Manager with HCS. She is responsible for coordinating various
aspects of services provided to healthcare clients including
Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting and related appeals and various
consultative services.
Her experience includes over 16 years experience in the
healthcare industry.
