At Healthcare Consulting Services, LLC, we recognize the amount of time it takes for planning and establishing a new practice or a new service/product. Initially, working with a checklist that has been developed by HCS, the practice and HCS identifies which responsibilities each will assume. This checklist becomes the sole document for communicating the progress of the engagement, updated weekly by both parties.
