HCS has provided support to stand alone PHOs and "Super PHOs" with multiple participating organizations. To provide ongoing support for our clients, we have an annual survey of PHOs that gathers operational information and we have sponsored several state-wide gatherings of PHO executives.

While every engagement with PHOs is structured to meet specific needs, it is not unusual for HCS to be involved in the initial consideration of a PHO, work during the planning and development of the PHO and provide operational support such as pricing and accounting services.
