HCS, LLC Interim Patient Account Management

At Healthcare Consulting Services, LLC (HCS), we have highly specialized healthcare professionals who have a comprehensive understanding of patient accounting operations from the processing, management, payor and reimbursement perspectives. HCS has provided related services to other healthcare facilities throughout the country in the management and reduction of accounts receivable and improvement of patient account operations.

The interim patient account manager will oversee the patient accounts department by supervising and assisting with all daily patient account activities. This individual will be available to department staff for questions or concerns regarding patient accounts, processes and operations, and government and commercial payor information. The interim patient account manager can conduct departmental staff meetings and can also participate and attend any hospital-wide department meetings. This individual will comply with any reporting practices as requested by the Hospital. The interim patient account manager will act as a facilitator in the resolution of concerns with other department heads. The interim patient account manager can be available on a part-time or full-time basis.

Often we find that there is a need for other services that we provide such as billing, follow-up and collection assistance. We can also provide our clients with training and education in these areas. HCS has experienced professionals who possess extensive knowledge in patient accounts, billing, follow-up and collections.
