At Healthcare Consulting Services, LLC, (HCS), we recruit highly specialized healthcare professionals who have a comprehensive understanding of patient accounting operations from the processing, management, payor and reimbursement perspectives. HCS has provided services to healthcare facilities throughout the receivables cycle.

Major new projects such as system installations, system upgrades, implementation of new procedures or departmental re-organizations require hands on attention and oversight by a qualified member of the Patient Financial Services (PFS) management team. These projects require a time commitment from a project leader over a designated period of time, often three to six months, but less than a year. The PFS manager/director is often hard-pressed to fulfill this time requirement. Other departmental/supervisory staff may be unable, due to time pressure of daily work assignments, or lack of experience, to take on these assignments.

We are fortunate to have a team of consultants with numerous years of experience and recognized expertise in the healthcare industry. Major project management is included in the backgrounds of several of our accounts receivable team members. We will lead a project for the PFS department, including the planning, process design, training and implementation stages. We will leave the PFS Department a successful new procedure, including complete documentation for the hospital staff to carry forward.
