Kameron McQuay is the Director of physician services and valuation consulting at Healthcare Consulting Services.  Kam brings more than 20 years experience consulting in the healthcare arena working with hospitals, physicians and their practices.  Kam focuses on healthcare management issues including physician practice integration, co-management joint ventures, facilitation process for the acquisition of both large and small physician practices and has extensive experience in providing fair market value reasonableness assessments for employment and on-call arrangements in the development of physician compensation systems.  A frequent speaker, Kam presents on healthcare topics to state and national groups.

Mike Glick is Senior Vice President of Physician-Hospital Joint Ventures at HCS. Over the last 15 years, Mike has served as a healthcare consultant and business advisor to hospitals, physician groups, and businesses across the country. His primary areas of focus have been physician-hospital joint ventures, physician-hospital alignment, clinical service line planning, and financial planning. Mike has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of specialties facilitating physician-hospital joint venture development including but not limited to: foundation model; physician employment and practice acquisition; co-management; leasing arrangements; and medical directorships.

Alex Fritz is Senior Vice President of HCS’s Valuation Services. Alex has provided healthcare providers with business valuation and consulting services for over 10 years and, in his current role, is responsible for coordinating valuation support services to HCS clients. Alex has broad experience with regards to business mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions, allocation of purchase price, goodwill impairment, and share based payments. Alex’s spends a majority of his time coordinating services for health systems, physicians and group practices and preparing / presenting of business valuations and fairness opinions for a multitude of healthcare entities.

John Redding, MD, is Vice President of HSC’s Physician-Hospital Alignment services. John brings over 15 years of healthcare experience to HCS and has served as a trusted advisor to providers and healthcare executives for the last 6 years. In his role at HCS, John works with health systems, hospitals, and physician organizations to develop collaborative physician-hospital working relationships and business ventures. John has extensive experience leading and supporting a broad spectrum of physician-hospital alignment initiatives, from developing and implementing physician employment strategies to providing interim management for a Clinically Integrated Physician Network / Accountable Care Organization.
